      I received the item ordered but it was damaged. It came in a thin box with a couple pieces of bubble wrap stuck on top of it. It was obvious the item was broken upon packaging as pieces of the plastic were missing. I messaged the seller with pictures. They took a bit to respond; asking if I wanted them to send a replacement. I asked that they do so and what I should do with the broken item. I have not yet received further response. Feels like they could have been clearer with me to begin with.
