The seller did refund my money once I returned the tote, but I was very disappointed that she didn’t offer to ship the tote back, have her remove the tag, then return to me. Poor customer service

My only suggestion to the seller would have been to maybe pack the item a little differently, as the box it came in was in really bad shape when I received it and crushed in on all sides. Luckily, the item was not damaged in the shipping process. Again, great experience. Would definitely use and recommend this seller in the future.
