Satisfied with my Honeywell wireless outdoor temperature sensor
This Honeywell C7089R1013 Wireless Outdoor Temperature Sensor was a replacement for one that failed after about five years of use. The original was put in when we had a new heat pump installed in our house. That sensor had been installed where it was in direct sunlight many hours during the heat of summer. That might be why it failed after just a few years. The purchased sensor was brand new and in its original packaging exactly as advertised. Two lithium AA batteries were included. The sensor was very easy to connect wirelessly to my Honeywell VisionPro thermostat once I read the thermostat manual. Overall I am quite happy with the purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy to replace/install
This was to replace one that was 8 years old and had stopped working (believe it or not, there was a small wasps' nest inside it!). Just had to slide this new one into the support, then reset the connection to my furnace (had to have the HVAC dealer come to do that, as there was nothing in owner's manual regarding that step - who knew?!).
