      Came 2 weeks late. Literally the worst packing job I've ever received. I ship things regularly for ebay and know how to pack appropriately... box was wrapped in SARAN WRAP! Box was NOT taped closed, there was absolutely NO packing or insulation to protect the package. Insanely overcharged for shipping as well: $20 for a terribly packed and extremely late package.

      Unfortunately, this was not my doing. If you check the tracking, the package was shipped the day after you paid for the doll. Happy to provide the shipping confirmation to prove it was promptly shipped. I also did not apply the saran wrap to the package. Obviously, something happened once the package was with the US Mail that was not my doing and that not only caused the excessive delay bugt also for the condition of the packaging to be compromised.

      Overall I got a decent product for the price, but there was a defect in the screen that was NOT disclosed in the description.. When I brought it up to the seller they denied that there was anything wrong with the computer. I sent a picture to show the defect and then they apologized for the "misunderstanding". It was not a misunderstanding, it was a mistake. All I was really looking for was an apology and admission of a mistake. I would probably avoid this seller due to lack of accountability.

      To be clear, I did not apologize for a misunderstanding regarding a purported defect (I did not see any spots so did not misrepresent anything). I apologized for a misunderstanding when the buyer thought I called him a liar (I did not). For background, buyer waited over 3 weeks after receipt of computer to complain about a purported defect and also received a picture of the screen prior to purchasing and did not complain about a supposed spot.
