    This is a genuine Ricoh new part(s), just as described. The seller shipped the item to me the same day. The only bad thing about this transaction was THE ANNOYING, INCONVENIENT WAY THE ITEM WAS PACKAGED. They used shrink wrap, stretch-wrap and packaging tape. It took me 30 minutes to remove the item from the packaging. I don’t know that the packaging would be effective at protecting the item. This packaging bugged me enough to not buy from this seller again. Come on guys …
