The Fujitsu scanner features a Scanner Central Admin, from which you can operate a network of scanners and perform tasks on various scanners from one location. The Scanner Central Admin feature also serves to reduce the amount of work required in setting up a network in a large organization. With the Kofax VRS software, this desktop scanner produces high-quality images for a professional look. In addition, the duplex scanner paper protection function stops the scanning process once it detects a bend in a paper, not only saving paper, but also protecting your documents. Further, the scanner can scan up to three cards simultaneously, including embossed cards, so you do not have to pay someone to do your cards every time you run out.

    Scanner Great, Software would not work with Windows 10

    Scanner and accessories are great! Software would not load properly on Windows 10. Fugitsu support is outstanding.! They finally got it going using Adobe Acrobat as the scanner software; which is great because I can create searchable documents when needed.

    Great Scanner bad user interface.

    Shipper is OUTSTANDING! The scanner arrived well protected and in immaculate condition. The scanner works well with multiple pages. It lives up to its reputation. The scanner software is not as easy to navigate. There are way to many buttons to click to adjust from paper type to color adjustments. Simply, I don’t find it very user friendly. I should have listened to the reviews and looked for another option. Hope this helps.

    Business Scanner

    This scanner will outlast your laptop or phone. It's that good. It is so automated that one button can put the document in your cloud drive and be ready for review. You have to initially assign a scan button key to a set of routines, but once it's done it is very nice. If it jams the parts are replaceable. Just make sure you get the software that comes with it called scandallpro ver 2.0 if windows10.

    Should have come with software.

    I'm sure it would be great if it came with the drivers but it didn't. I haven't been able to successfully download drivers, so my computer won't recognize the scanner. I have this scanner in an older version and love it, and I bought a second because I needed two. Big waste of my time and money.
