    We received a computer that did not meet the specs of the one we ordered. The RAM and hard drive were 1/2 of what was advertised. I received one response from the seller about my complaint and provided the information they requested. After that, I heard nothing. This sale appears to have been fraudulent advertising. In addition to being a computer that was not advertised for this sale, it did not work. I got no response from the seller concerning the operating condition.
