Also the new knives are bigger than the older ones witch where just the right size for paring!

    Terrific knife

    This is a great knife, especially for the price. It's extremely sharp. When it arrived, I was carving some soft wood, and decided to give it a try on my carving. It works very well! I'm not sure it would work well on hard wood, but it would be perfect for any kitchen task. The blade is quite thin, so I'm sure it would excel at paring any produce. And it's stainless, so no worries about rust.
