When the unit arrived the radio itself was in perfect like new condition with the security code. One mount bracket was bent and could have been straightened but I just reused my originals instead. It was a great deal to get a like new (2017) head unit for my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite for less than a quarter of the cost of a new one.
