Lousy K-Cup coffee
Makes awful coffee on the K-Cup side.. Even bold setting, smallest cup, and bold coffee gives a very one-dimensional taste. I Think it is the K-Cup system that is at fault, not this maker. If you like coffee get drip or a French Press. A competent all round coffee maker. Compostable pods +++. Better cup size selection would be nice.
The availability of compostable pods is a plus. Kudos to InstaPot. The selection of sizes on both the regular and espresso pods could be better. I'd like to have smaller sizes such as 4 and 6 oz servings for regular coffee, and 1 oz for espresso. I never use the 12 oz cup size for anything.
