I contacted Jay and he immediately sent a replacement (no charge just told me to reuse delivery on the 1st one if it ever showed up) using USPS "priority" and that one got misrouted by the USPS and took a week to get to me. None of this was Jay's doing and he did his best. Eventually they both showed up after being misrouted/lost in the USPS system. I decided to keep them both and Jay mailed the invoice (w/ postage paid envelope!)
