      Item as described. Appeared new/in box. Item (breaker) was installed and worked as expected. My only issue was the shipping: The item was sent via USPS (which is fine), but with no tracking. There was no actual proof it was ever shipped, where it was in transit, or when it was delivered and where. On a $100 part, parcel tracking should always be included, particularly when paying $15 shipping fee. Thanks.
