( yes there is space for it to slide up and not in the track like you would think. where it catches the window. There is no need to grind or change the shape in any way once you have it installed and the window is up adjust from the outside a tight snug fit til the tape dries

    does not fit properly

    had to pull visor out by hand to get windows to roll up completely. Left them on for 3 days with windows up, first attempt to roll down and up broke edge of visor on front and back. XT5 windows has a very tight seal, tape on visors will most likely work better.
