    EBay gave me a full refund as one of the shoes had cracks in the rubber toe cap as the rubber was super old and brittle (my guess would be a possible ex-display shoe that sat in the window hence it only affecting one shoe?!) it would have been easy for the seller to have missed it before posting, downside was the seller never replied to my message about it, eBay refunded me straight away after I requested a defective item return with photos and eBay said not to bother sending it back.
