It required a lot of windows updates which was expected for brand new out of the box laptop. In addition of Dell’s version of AI, I installed co-pilot . I didn’t notice co-pilot as being pre installed which I assumed was a feature for the Win 11 OS. Otherwise this is a perfect laptop upgrade for my wife it’ faster and very sleek compared to the old one. So far so good.

There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
