So long for me to get the tracking details, and got no response so the only way I could get hold of them was to phone them. But apart from that they are a good E Bayer I guess I was just one o the unlucky ones but 5 stars on the item though

Ended up getting the refund and next day the package showed up. Told seller that id like to somehow give the money back since the package arrived.
