When I opened it, the only damage to it was some severe scratches on the back. I set it up for my son and the picture was fantastic! Sound was clear. It even had a remote, which was very necessary. Aside from the damage on the back from the box being damaged, it was a great value. Thank you.

None of this is the sellers fault, but they might want to look into a different carrier for their products. It was still shrink wrapped and unopened as described. Great price for this item. Offered a rebate if I kept item or full refund if I wanted to return item. Decided to keep it and there was no damage to contents. Very satisfied with service provided by seller. Only took four days of back and forth emails and have already received refund. Could not be happier with outcome. Would certainly buy from this seller again.
