I had a couple issues with the graphic drivers, and support answered my question a couple days later by then I already factory reset the laptop which fixed the problem. The condition was great (one little dent and a missing foot). Only big issue was that the E key wasn't attached correctly and ended up falling off and I need to buy a new one. Runs small 2d games fine and I can program and surf the internet
