Wow! The University of Virginia banner pennant was never pinned, meaning it was never hung in a dorm with the dreaded stick pin holes they leave behind! It’s very rare and scarce that it is as it left the manufacturer! The shipping fee was reasonable and the packing of the banner pennant is appreciated!
