One didn’t even have the nut on the fan blade motor and it was crossed threaded. I had to re-tap it fixing multiple things that was wrong the other on the first fan, it won’t hold the fan up. It just drops limp. They sent me two more fans Which one was fine and the other one was damaged so I ended up with one out of four fans that didn’t have a problem. Communication was great product sucked.
