I love this book! Such valuable, accessible wisdom! The cover of the book is not as pictured, but it's still a good value.

Great book to share with your peers! Could be helpful for your boss, it is surprising how many in management are not aware of the little stuff and are the ones who exploit the small problems of everyday. I am not a manager but I keep extra copies on my shelf at work and give them to associates who seem to be having a problem coping. Well written, short paragraphs, very meaningful.
Bought for a friend she loved it.

This is a handy guide--very easy to read--on how to keep your cool AND your job! It's nice to flip through and learn no nonsense ways to just calm down and not take everything so seriously, as well as tips on what to do and what not to do when a situation arises at work.
I love the whole series of these books. You will love them too if you purchase them. They are like $13.00 at barnes & noble bookstore, so this is a deal. They really help with life problems!!!
Loved the book, read it while I was pregnant to deal with the small things in life that were bugging me. The family portion of the book was very helpful, I haven;t gotten to the work place portion yet, I'm waiting for when I go back to work but I'm sure it will be helpful
Just read one entry a day and you will have no problem keeping work place pressures in perspective! These may or may not be true but who cares! They will make you laugh!!
Don't Sweat the Small Stuff at Work by Richard Carlson is a great little book for all working people. I was sent this book when I was going through a very stressful period at my job. It helped to focus my energy into positive thoughts instead of the negative and depressing thoughts I was burying myself in. This little book helps you get through the tough times, but it is also a valuable read for people who are currently happy with their work. It provides ideas of what to watch out for, helps you examine what you might be doing to contribute to the problems, and helps you gauge what your co-workers might be thinking when they do things. Whether you enjoy your job, or it is a source of stress for you, this book is a good resource for everyone in the workplace. If you are an employer having difficulties with employee relations, you may want to bring in a few copies for your staff. Good luck at work, and enjoy the book!Read full review
