Realized I ordered the wrong one, they honored the discount on the second one I chose as well. Got them, they didn't end up fitting my car(IN NO WAY Rudy's FAULT)contracted them and they sent me a return shipping label and that was that.     helps make transmission case more a lot more rigid, made of thick Aluminum built in cooling fins , magnetic oil drain plug , 1/8 npt threaded opening for temperature gauge sender. high Quality Product, would purchase again.

    not a deep pan

    installed on a 48re. says that it will add 4 quarts. I took out 8 quarts put back in 8.5 quarts. it is very rugged looks to be made to last. it's definitely heavy duty but it does not add 4 quarts maybe 1 quart. looks good but if you are looking at lowering temperatures better go with a different brand.

    Nice upgrade

    Quality and fit is very good, Nice to have a drain plug now, will add 4qts to trans capacity to 48RE trans, the filter that comes with this will not fit 48RE trans it would fit 727 or 518, I would buy this again. Cheers
