    You Can Win a Fight With Your Boss...but read the book.

    It is a very simple, user friendly book that lets itself be read ON YOUR OWN TERMS.......Its what I call a "drop & go reading", which I covet as gold on economic/career related topics. One of the things I liked, from an editorial/structural point of view, is the fact that you can read it from time to time & since its written in short but explicative rules, you can leave it aside when you are busy, continue with your life & grab it again at another moment, without missing a beat!!! Its the kind of Job book/guide that is well written, in a witty & attention grabbing manner, that doesn't feel like you are force feeding yourself to "study". Even though I disagree with the author in the fact that YOU CAN WIN A FIGHT WITH YOUR BOSS, if your arguments have merit, you acknowledge & don't ...

    Great Books

    Love this book. Full of wisdom. Easy to read. Lots of meat. Tom Markert is a successful businessman who passes along the essential elements of "how to succeed in business" for the rest of us. Focused mostly towards employees of larger companies, his advice is none-the-less on target for small businessmen as well.
