Item as advertised. A big thank you to the seller. The efficiency of the USPS sucks. There is no excuse
or accountability for their employee performance. Their routing system is terrible. But they continue to raise postal rates whenever they feel like it. They need competition besides UPS and Fedex Buyers need to have the option of choosing their shipper from Ebay. This is typical of a government managed department such as USPS.
