I want to start off by saying customer service is great. I bought a strobe flash and while the listing was slightly vague, and partially me not looking at the photo better… the strobe was missing its mounting bracket. I was bummed bc listing said accessories so I assumed everything was there; they quickly responded and offered a partial refund for the misunderstanding and vague listing.
