It came with a charging cable and that was all. No original box, which is fine. It works well, holds a charge, and keeps my hearing aids charged when I cant be at a power source. Much better deal than the insane full price these usually go for!! I wish I had this on my last flight (30 hours each way!) and it was a pain to deal with my hearing aids but not anymore! Zero complaints!
