I had two windows opened comparing products. I got confused and ordered the wrong item (from this seller) within 2 minutes of this mistake I had put in for an order cancelation.
Seemingly INSTANTLY after I did this the seller created a shipping label, marked the package as shipped, and rejected my cancellation on the grounds that the package had already shipped.
Pretty dirty doings for a 30-dollar item (hope it was worth it to you)

Very sorry for this oversight. It was an honest mistake on my part as I was getting ready to leave with numerous packages, I got the notice to ship another one. I quickly got the shipping label and left. Didn't even see the request to cancel until afterward.
