Unfortunately the stamps are forgeries, the Scott was right about this set "Most stamps offered in the market are forgeries.", ironically this set was sold along with an old receipt from Scotts. I sent a message about this to the seller, but din't get any response. I had a chance to return them (that's why Nueutral, not Negative), but was busy and decided to let it be.
