Deceptive ad, poorly described potentially being a different item that's more expensive. Doesn't admit they listed it improperly. Listed as NEW when opened box and tested with other ads showing similar treatment. Overpriced for what it is. Took a long time to send it, longer than stated, had to wait awhile. Refuses offer of partial refund saying they're broke and states they "aren't an Ebay store" and that I should resell it. Hostile demeanour. No resolution offered. Threats of retaliation.

I need to be refunded my payment due back to me... I've never seen where it could have been picked up .. i didn't choose local pickup. It wad automatically set that way....I didn't choose it... the shipping cost is an additional half as much cost as the actual item. I need it refunded to my method of payment as soon as possible. He still insisted I come by locally to pick it up.. I am no where local to this seller.. I cannot pick the item up... I basically need it refunded...
