    Seller sent the wrong item. Okay it happens, no big deal. I reached out to the seller and they stated the correct item would be sent the next day. That never happened. I asked for a refund and didn't receive a reply after a few days. I finally filed a wrong item refund claim, and only at that point did the seller bother to reply. I'll leave neutral instead of negative feedback only because I received a full refund, but overall not a good experience with this seller.
