I left a "neutral" feedback, but a msg popped up stating I had to wait 7 days. Then only allowing for a "Positive" option. My overall experience went very well. I received the items on time; I used 1 of the shampoo and when I was going to use the second one, imagine my surprise when it poured out purple. This shampoo is colorless. The product is described as "new", but when it arrived, both shampoos only had a pc of tape holding it closed. I can not return it because I needed to wash my hair
