BAD SELLER! Purchased many of these, each time over half came with glue all the way to the edge, making them basically unusable. On the new order I requested that they send usable flap wheels, mind you I have never asked them for any compensation for the other 8+ orders I placed with them. Instead of rectifying the issue (again, never complained, never asked for money, just better quality on this recent order) they decide to instead cancel the order and message saying they can't offer quality

As buyer stated in this feedback, they requested after purchase that we sort our inventory to provide only ones with a certain label color they preferred. The sorting was a service we did not offer. They also told us they'd been unhappy with their previous 8 purchases (though how unhappy could they have been to purchase 8 times). The listing was for a random mix, and given his statements of dissatisfaction, there was no path forward so we canceled the order, which led to this negative feedback.
