Used: Not new, 5 hours Powers on and 15 power on count out of 17. Two are mine. Got it at 10:52 am tested it 3:30, I could not have read or write that much data if I tried but somebody did before I received it. New drives are never formatted,”logical” or “primary “. Not happy touting as new.

Hello, I wish you would have reached out to me. I bought it at auction and it was shrink wrapped as you saw when you received it. So it should have been NEW as I don't unwarp items to see when they look new. if it's defective I would have refunded your money and I still can if you remove the negative comments as they are not fair. Please trust me that I would not sell as new if it was not. How can I make this right for you?
