I understand it's difficult to package a 50-pound server, but taping together two boxes and using only one layer of bubble wrap to secure a $800 server is disappointing. When I received it I could see part of the front sticking out from the box(might be also UPS's fault)
I've managed to bend back most of the damaged rear to a usable shape, the item works completely fine except I now have a damaged power supply from the shipping that I don't think I can safely use.
