Terrible customer service. the day i received the item i returned it. the item looked like it was previously opened and i needed it brand new for a gift. They only replied once a day which took forever to complete the return. kept offering me a discount but i needed the item brand new. ended up having to make a claim through eBay. several days after they received the item i get an email that they haven't received it yet (tracking says they did). i normally don't leave negative fb, so be warned.

Horrible delivery showed up open and poorly packaged missing 1/3 of the product and 6 damaged beyond use. Take an extra 1$ and use bubble wrap or anything that doesn’t allow damage
