The seller listed the shirt as a 3XL. It was a 2XL. I did not look at all of the pictures and see it was not a 3XL. When I contacted the seller, all I got was “I have never had anyone have an issue with how I list my items.” Seller took no responsibility for misrepresenting said shirt. Begrudgingly, a refund was offered. Paying shipping twice would have me paying more than I would get in a refund. I kept the shirt and gave it to a thrift store. Trusting a needy man would get it!

YOU HAD DIMENSIONS, RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF YOU!!!!! It's not tagged 3XL OR 2XL!!! Nothing was discussed about shipping, you WOULDN'T have paid shipping twice if you had accepted my offer to return. NOTHING was misrepresented. You're right, I did say I've never had issues......but that's not "all you got". Tell the truth!!
