The buyer mindfully made the purchase offer then tried to back away from his own decision after received exactly the same trees from this eBay posting. Then the buyer tries to use the tree size as an big issue to gain the advantage of the negotiation for his goal of price reduction and a partial refund. I think buyer should honor his own decision and ask the questions regarding the items before making purchase commitment.

The tree was repotted before it was shipped. Upon receipt several branches were brown. I sent pictures indicating the tree was dying The seller asked me to trim the dying parts & provide other care The tree continued to brown and die The seller refused to accept a return stating I should have read no returns in the description I appealed to eBay who authorized a return , however the seller would not authorize a return label As the seller did not cooperate eBay provided a full refund

I am very sorry for such a negative buyer who refused to provide any evidence and follow the good suggestions and demanded a return. The buyer continues complaining even after got the full refund and kept the tree. I sincerely wish buyer has a peaceful mind after all.
