Especially good handling because of the quality of the packaging, very important for this item, delicate ceramic figurine. so + for excellent protective packaging. Only one criticism: their shipping clerk was so stupid that he shipped to an ocean island via ground shipping, took 45 days to arrive. I bought 2 identical items from 2 other vendors. Both arrived in normal 10 days.
