Item was very well wrapped, arrived on time. Candelabra looked beautiful, but would not light up. This was packaged in original box, did not appear to be to ever be used. I ordered new bulbs to see if perhaps the bulbs were not working. Communication with seller was excellent. Once new bulbs arrived I let seller know that changing bulbs did not remedy issue. Seller immediately refunded my purchase. Thanks very much.
