Stroller was the one pictured in the listing, but not actually the model described. Since the pictures weren’t of the fully set-up item, it wasn’t obvious until I had received it. Some small parts were missing. Seller went above and beyond with resolving the issue. I would buy from them again, but make sure to ask questions before buying if the pictures and/ or description aren’t clear. Other than that, shipping was fast and communication was good.

The price was solid but the item was not as described, missing the battery, despite being listed as new/complete. Was partially refunded to order a new battery, which just arrived after 3 weeks. The communication was polite, but could sometimes take days for a response, and the item was very poorly packaged, literally two pieces of tape on the box holding it shut, no packing or outer box.
