Won the auction fair and square but seller refused to ship because shipping cost were to low and demanded more money. I told him he can sell the card to me for $19.99 so he can use eBay standard envelope, but he refused that option too. Overall poor experience since I did everything I was supposed to do which is bid on the auction and paid for the purchase. Seller didn't honor the terms of the listing which is disappointing.

A auction over $20 dollars is not eligible for $1.12 shipping and being shipped(ct to ca) with a hard card protector also makes it not eligible to be first class mail went to the post office and tried to ship first class and because it is a hard protector it is a parcel not a envelope.I asked buyer to pay shipping he flat out refused $4 and asked me to lower the price and i still would have to pay shipping at almost $5 oh well almost 20 years and my first negative i must be doing something right
