I did try to contact the seller first hoping for a compromise. The reply that I received was “age if the shoe & no refunds.” I purchased shoes from this seller in good faith, hoping that my purchase would be wearable beyond an hour. I wore them one hour and they broke. These shoes should last beyond one hour. I’ve always had good experiences with sellers on EBAY. Save your money and do not purchase items from this seller. I guess , first time for everything.
