Paid on 23rd & delivered on 7th, took 12 days to ship & 15 days total to recieve & 3 days to even answer my email. Plenty of excuses, sick kids, she was sick too, my package fell out of her basket & between the seats of car when truthfully they didn't even print the label for it until after I enquired at 11 days. Must think people are stupid & can't read tracking info. Finally they shipped in a Hims/Hers ED box found that humourous but TMI. Not impressed, don't appreciate being lied to.
