I ordered 2 of these on different dates. One package arrived in great condition, the other not so much! One shipped in a box, the other in a flimsy plastic envelope. The box that the actual product was in...completely smashed. Thanks to the items durability they unpacked in good condition and were in new condition just like the first, which was nice. Have charged & used both without incident. Three stars due to packaging.
