My tree arrived broken, I notified the seller and was advised by the seller to take package to the post office and file a claim. I advised the seller per my post office, the seller needs to file the claim because they mailed the package. The seller adv me she was sick in bed and would file when she recovered. I did not get any update from seller, so after waiting for a week, I filed request for refund with eBay. The seller should have just filed the claim with the pictures I sent in my msg.
