    It's the most profound book you'll ever read. It's compelling, fascinating, insightful and utterly confronting but "the truth will set you free" so persevere because understanding your own behaviour and all human behaviour from a biological basis is all your mind and soul could ever dream of. And absolutely recommend the website for further reading and lots of video content - search for "Jeremy Griffith Freedom"
