    Great rear door assist for camper van!

    These are designed for a side door. With the addition of ONE Plus Nut AND a little "embiggening" of an upper hole in the handle it works GREAT on the rear doors of a low roof Ford Transit. The existing 10mmx1 threaded hole in the upper part of the Transit rear doorway makes for a VERY solild attachment. And there is JUST (barely) enough metal available at the lower hole to get an effective plus-nut in. These have made a HUGE difference to me in being able to reach the rear of the roor, or just get in and out the back of the van! The cosmetic nits on this "take off" were VERY minor. It looks almost as good as it works. Great price for a great feature. BTW: if you DO "embiggen" holes for rear door use, remember to MIRROR which holes you modify!
