A+ deal! Excellent price on this speaker. And the actual condition was much better than the (fully disclosed) dent in the photo. One minor issue during shipping (a missing piece) but that was promptly resolved and beyond expectation. Best of all, a fantastic packaging job. Item was very well packaged, was as described, and works as it should. Seller was slow to ship item. Did Buy It Now on 11/1, seller issued UPS tracking number 11/6, and finally shipped on 11/11/2023 via UPS. Got it 12/13. Communication was terrible. Never responded to first two messages, and gave me a generic response to the third inquiry. I'm guessing they need more help in their warehouse. Overall, an ok transaction. Just a little frustrating due to poor communication.
