I only have 2 issues - the first was that the fedex tracking said signature required so I waited around for the delivery so I could sign just to find the box in my garage (but that’s on FedEx not seller, just thought he may want to know). The second is for the seller - communication isn’t great or actually it’s non existent. Seller never responded to any question.

Whoever designed this case really thought things through!! They have thought of so many convenient places to store things that are helpful to have like a brief bag. You have to see it to understand my point. If you need a larger one for 17" laptop, as I did, buy this one. Go ahead and compare prices with an office supply firm and you'll really see what a bargain it is. How often do you find something these days that you like every feature in it? great valve for the money, will hold 17" computer
17" laptop will fit even with the ones that have the bigger battery, plenty of padding to keep it safe has internal straps to hold it and some pockets for the battery/power supply cord, usb cables. great bag, looks well made and tough. con is that it needs slightly bigger feet to stand up right as it will tip over easy.

Use it for notary signing agent work. Holds 400-500 pages of legal size paper. This is my second one. Great for the price. Only issue is handle begins to crack and pull away from case due to heavy volume of paper.

Great Case
I bought this for a 17.3" laptop. It's a tight fit but it still works good for me. Had plenty of room for the charger and cords. The extra pockets and compartments were nice for carrying extra things. I've used it while traveling and held up good.
