    Plano Hard Case, All Pros, No Cons

    Great case, well made with nice latches. Not quite the class of the Pelican I bought with it but still high quality. I would have purchased two of the Planos but couldn't find the length needed in that brand. These are weather resistant and NOT waterproof so don't let it become submerged. I have not fit the rifles into it yet and believe the foam is one piece like the Pelican. I used a nichrome hot wire for cutting the gun's profile for a professional looking fit

    Like the Plano aw2 gun case with one exception when I opened the case the seal came out and was so deformed that it was rendered useless.

    Exceeded expectations

    I was hoping to purchase a budget hard rifle case. Oh boy did Plano knock my socks off with this All Weather rifle case. This case has all of the features of competitors plus customizable foam. It's durable, has locks, has places for more locks, and looks cool. For the price, I will buy another Plano All Weather rifle case for my future needs. Again, fantastic product.

    Perfect for my instrument needs

    I was looking for a customizable case for my Irish bagpipes. The 42" Plano All Weather Hard Case was perfect. The pluck and pull foam was easy to customize once I laid the instrument pieces out. Ironic that people used to put guns in instrument cases, and I put an instrument in a gun case, but it was the perfect solution for my treasured bagpipes.

    Best bang for the buck !!

    Nothing is indestructible, but short of running over this with your vehicle, I think its plenty durable. If your looking for a decent case for a decent price, you can't go wrong here, plus its made in America. If you have a really expensive gun, you can afford a really expensive case, this fits the bill for the average gun owner, and if taken care of, it should last for a long time.
